Our Process

After checking the available items on the website, choose your own pieces, or let our team help you pick the right pieces for you.

You need to add the pieces to your quote cart and submit the order with an expected date of delivery. Once you have submitted your order you will receive an email confirming your submission.

You will receive another confirmation accompanied by an invoice and our Rental Agreement. In order to secure timely delivery, complete and sign the Rental Agreement and provide the deposit.

The completion and signing of the Rental Agreement will normally be required within 24 hours, from the submission of the order but the deadline may be shorter if you require an earlier delivery.

If the signed Rental Agreement and payment is not received within the advised time frame, we reserve the right to add your selection back on the website.

On the date of delivery, our delivery team will carefully set up all the pieces in the property at the time which will be scheduled for you.

When you are finished renting, we will schedule a pick up time and carry our pieces away.
